GREENVILLE, Miss. — The casino that offers “the best of everything” is adding about 100 of the hottest new games to the casino floor. At Harlow’s Casino Resort & Hotel, players can be some of the first to experience the new Goldfish, Treasures of Machu Picchu, and Reelin and Boppin games, as well as multi-level progressive slots like Sex and the City, and Elvis Rockin’ the Charts.
With more than 33,000 square feet of gaming space, players can now find and play all their favorite games in addition to the newest slots.
Tom Dashiell, vice president of operations, said Harlow’s strives to give its guests “the best of everything,” and the addition of the new slot machines is a continuation of that policy.
“We want to jump start 2010 and make it bigger than 2009. We’re always working to make ourselves more attractive to guests. That’s why we’ve experienced year-to-year growth since this property opened,” Dashiell said.
He said players want more time on device and more bonus round opportunities, which is why Harlow’s has invested heavily in video slots that provide that type of gaming experience.
“Once players come here, they see we have the right mix of tables, poker and popular slots,” he explained. “A lot of our guests come three to four times a week and a lot come from outside of a 50-mile radius... from Arkansas and other parts of Mississippi.”
In addition to the games, headline entertainment and luxurious rooms add to Harlow’s appeal and bring people from near and far.
Recent performers at Harlow’s 2,600-seat Celebrity Arena amphitheater include famous entertainers like Crystal Gayle and Bobby Rush. Coming soon are such performers as the rock band Skid Row and country music legend David Allen Coe. Harlow’s is Greenville’s newest place to play and also features three restaurants in addition to its 100 luxurious hotel rooms and suites.
