WSOP Harrah's Tunica Championship Final Table

Paul Wasicka Chip Leader Heading into Harrah’s Tunica Championship Event Final Table

TUNICA, MS –Paul Wasicka is the end of day two chip leader of the 2009/2010 Harrah’s Tunica Championship Event.

The 2006 World Series of Poker Main Event runner-up heads into the final table with nearly a quarter of the chips in play.

Joining Wasicka at the final table are 2009 EPT Barcelona Main Event champion, Carter Phillips, reigning Harrah’s Tunica Circuit Event Champion, Dwyte Pilgrim and online pro, Matt “allinat420” Stout.

35 players began day two with only 17 remaining just before the dinner break. The remaining players were eliminated within the next three hours.

Just before 11:00 pm, Robert Thornhill moved his short stack all-in with pocket aces and got a call from John “Cowboy” Land with pocket kings. The aces held, crippling Land. Land was eliminated a few hands later and the final nine were set.
